Because our books, DVDs, and other items are used and donated, we cannot promise they are in perfect condition. Books may have a previous owner signature inside,book covers may be somewhat worn or missing, or Ex-library binding and markings. Photos are stock and may not represent the item on-hand.  We inspect items as they come in and again when we price them, but we don't catch everything, and we price things low to make them worth your risk. Sometimes items are not found and orders cannot be filled.  You will not be billed for any unfound items.  Call us if the condition of a particular item is vitally important, and we will do our best to describe it in detail.
